Terms of service

The rules for using TeleAgent: your account and licence, connecting Telegram accounts, AI features, acceptable use and what happens when access ends.

Draft for review

This document is a draft and is not in effect.

It was prepared for TeleAgent’s review and describes how the service works today. It becomes binding only after it has been reviewed, completed and published as final. Highlighted notes mark information that TeleAgent still has to provide or decide.

Who these terms are with

These terms apply to the use of TeleAgent, the website teleagent.monster and the application app.teleagent.monster. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business you represent.

Information required from TeleAgent

The legal name, legal form and address of the company providing TeleAgent and whether the service is offered to businesses only.

The service

TeleAgent lets you connect Telegram user accounts, give each account a persona and a knowledge base, handle private conversations of all accounts in one Inbox with Human, Assist and AI modes, manage leads, optionally take part in groups you assign, and view analytics.

TeleAgent is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Telegram.

Conversations are synchronised on request and on a schedule; TeleAgent is not a real-time copy of Telegram.

Your account and workspace

  • Provide accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity in your workspace.
  • The workspace owner decides who joins the team and which role each person has. Owners and admins configure accounts, personas and automation; operators handle conversations and leads; members can view.
  • Tell us without delay if you suspect unauthorised access.

Licence and access

Using the application requires an active licence. A licence is valid for a set period and allows a set number of connected Telegram accounts; TeleAgent activates it after registration.

The planned plans are based on the number of Telegram accounts — Starter (1 account), Pro (5 accounts) and Business (10 or more accounts) — billed per month and prepaid for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Prices have not been published yet, and online payment is not available yet.

Information required from TeleAgent

Prices, currency, taxes, payment methods and the payment provider, once online payments are introduced.

Renewal and cancellation

Today a licence is activated for a fixed period. It does not renew automatically and nothing is charged automatically. When a licence ends, access to the application stops until it is renewed; your connected accounts are not deleted by the end of a licence.

Information required from TeleAgent

Renewal rules once online payments exist, how to cancel, notice periods, and whether and when refunds are given.

Connecting Telegram accounts

  • Connect only Telegram accounts that you own or are authorised to use, and follow Telegram’s terms of service.
  • You sign in with Telegram’s own code (and two-step verification password, if enabled). The resulting session is stored encrypted on our servers so that you are not asked for a code again.
  • Telegram may limit, restrict or block accounts at its own discretion. TeleAgent applies conservative limits but cannot guarantee how Telegram treats an account.
  • You can pause automation or disconnect an account at any time. Disconnecting logs the session out and deletes it.

Acceptable use

You must not use TeleAgent to:

  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or contact people who have not contacted you;
  • deceive, defraud, harass or impersonate others, or mislead people about who they are talking to where the law requires disclosure;
  • send unlawful content or content that infringes others’ rights;
  • collect or process personal data without a lawful basis;
  • circumvent limits, security measures or licence restrictions, or access other workspaces;
  • resell or provide the service to third parties without our written permission.

AI features

AI replies and suggestions are generated by a third-party model (DeepSeek) from your persona, your knowledge base and the conversation. They can be incomplete or wrong.

You are responsible for the messages sent from your accounts, including AI replies. Choose the mode per conversation: Human (the AI never sends), Assist (suggestions only, you send) or AI (automatic replies within the limits). Pause stops all automatic activity of an account.

Your content

You keep all rights to your content: personas, knowledge, notes and conversations. You allow us to process it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service.

Our privacy policy explains how personal data is processed.

Availability and changes

We work to keep TeleAgent available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Telegram, our providers or maintenance can cause interruptions. Features may change as the product develops.

Information required from TeleAgent

Any service level or support commitment offered to customers.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if an account puts other customers or the service at risk, or if the law requires it. You can stop using TeleAgent at any time.

Information required from TeleAgent

What happens to workspace data after termination, and the notice given before suspension except in urgent cases.

Liability

Information required from TeleAgent

Warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability, drafted for the applicable law by a qualified lawyer.

Governing law and disputes

Information required from TeleAgent

The governing law, the competent courts or dispute-resolution process, and consumer-law exceptions if the service is offered to consumers.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced before they take effect.

Information required from TeleAgent

The effective date, the notice period for changes and the contact address for questions about these terms.
