How it works
From sign-up to your first answer
Four steps, each guided in the product. You stay in control at every point.
- 1
Create your workspace
Register with your e-mail address. Your workspace is created right away; once it is activated you can connect Telegram accounts.
- Roles: owner, admin, operator and member
- Interface in English, Russian, Ukrainian or Spanish

Connect a Telegram account
The connection wizard asks for the account’s phone number, the login code Telegram sends and, if set, the two-step password.
- You never need your own Telegram API keys
- The session is stored encrypted and restored without a new code
- Optional SOCKS5/SOCKS4 proxy per account

Shape the persona and knowledge
Describe the persona or draft it with AI, add FAQ entries and notes, and try it in the private test chat.
- The setup checklist shows what is still missing
- Nothing is sent to Telegram while testing

Choose how to reply and automate
Work in the inbox, accept AI suggestions or switch conversations to AI. Optionally assign groups and a schedule for community participation.
- Every account starts paused
- Pause stops automatic activity immediately

What happens behind the scenes
Regular checks, not a live stream
New messages and planned activity are checked every few minutes by a scheduler, so automatic replies are not instant.
One answer per message
Each incoming message can be answered by the AI at most once, and only if nothing newer arrived in the meantime.
Limits enforced on the server
Hourly and daily caps, minimum pauses and Telegram’s own waiting times apply to every automated action.
What you need
- A Telegram user account for each identity you want to run
- Access to the phone number for the login code
- A short description of how each account should talk
Bring every Telegram conversation into one calm workspace
Create a workspace, connect your first Telegram account and decide how much the AI may do.
