Website (teleagent.monster)
The website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts are served from our own domain, so opening the website does not contact third-party font or analytics services.
The language you choose is part of the address (for example /ru), not a cookie.
Application (app.teleagent.monster)
The application uses your browser’s local storage — not advertising or tracking cookies — for two strictly necessary purposes:
- your sign-in session, so that you stay logged in (stored by our authentication provider’s library and removed when you sign out);
- your interface language (key “teleagent_lang”).
Telegram connection steps are kept only in memory and are never written to your browser’s storage.
Hosting
Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the website and the application and to protect them against abuse.
Your choices
You can delete stored data at any time in your browser settings. Deleting the application’s data signs you out.
If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where the law requires it.
